@ktkd1007 it's called cookie jar because that is a game for little kids were they would say "who stole the cookie from the cookie jar?" and then they would say someone's name that is playing the game in which he would act suprised the chose him and then he must blame someone else for stealing the cookie form the cookie jar and this song uses that game to explain how messed up the world is.
