if it's remixed by a techno artist then it is techno...by your logic, Heaven by Sammy isn't techno (the most well known song ever from Techno or Trance), Everytime We Touch by Cascada isn't Techno, neither is What Hurts The Most, You by Special D isn't techno...the list goes on and on...at least 10% (if not 20% or 30%) of all techno/trance is a remake/remix of something, just cause it was originally Akon's song doesn't mean it isn't techno.

Hello, not into this sound at all...but I got to tell you this definitely isn't techno in any way shape or form. Look out for Dave Clarke, Speedy J, Joey Beltram, Josh Wink. Those are but a few proper techno producers. This stuffs like euro dance.
