I'm going to assume that its a parody on a real British military film from the 50's or late 40's. can't rember exactly when, but a small squad was given LSD, and then asked to perform what would typically be a simple infantry exercise, before the test was over, two had climbed tree's and were flipping out mentally, it was a trip just to watch the silly crap they did
