Yo why dont you try to get The Ebony blade around level 20? ask the innkeeper in whiterun and ask about the lastest rumours and she will say oh the jarls kid is sick and you go thru a bunch of crap and eventually get this beasty sword and it does like 32 dmg but kill innocent ppl makes it go higher

the general store in whiterun sometimes sells full grand soul gems.

there's a mountain i think south-east of winterhold with the shrine of azura on it, a lot more east than south, actually dont go south, k then go on the quest, then take it to the guy in the bar not the lady at the shrine because with him you can capture people souls, but when u get it you still have to get the soul from an enemy, you could buy a weapon that captures souls or you could buy the spell that you cast before you kill them to get the soul
