to:albertacraftsmen. I made a hufe version of this except its a square. i leaned a lot of sticks up to my support, but the walls are not insulated, and i dont have any poplar in my woods. do you have any other ideas on what i could use to wave through the walls.
Guys, you don´t want to stay in a flat-roof shelter when it rains...!! Not unless it´s in your parents backyard... Try to check out some of ray mears´ videos... You want a steep angle on that roof... Enjoy.. Lassoe...

I find moss to be the best roof thatching since it absorbs water and provides insulation.
