I love this stuff. I have almost everything Andy's got out on DVD, and Tony Bennett is featured quite a bit on those. I also have some of Tony's recordings, including the recent duets albums, and, I have to say, there just aren't any singers in the contemporary entertainment mainstream who approach the style, charisma, or vocal talent of these two. What's more, even in their 80s, both gentlemen still have it going on. They're simply the best.

It shows many many love his album. And he stops his tour nowadaysn because he has his own theater in branson and many many people all around the world including teenagers come to branson just to see him, I will still watch over you!

@Vvie007 Hey, hey, hey, stop it now ^^. Now I know Andy is your hero, as you say on your channel. And I know you´re just waiting that someone "starts the war", as you said also. I didn´t want to start a fight, I said often enough I love Andy´s voice, I even read his autobiography. I know the "Speak Softly Love"-ending is spectacular, but maybe Tony just doesn´t WANT to do ballads like these?! I think it´s a shame for your country when they never heard of him in Indonesia.
@Vvie007 I even think it´s really strange because since the beginning of his comeback as a big star starting with the Grammy Awards 1991 he released a new album every two years, many of them more successful than his albums in the 50´s/60´s, all of them better. His 2006 album "duets" for the 80th birthday was BIGH hit in the charts. He also does concerts all around the world every year, performs on TV all the time, nearly everybody knows him, he´s much more famous in Germany today than Andy is.
@Vvie007 But don´t get me wrong, Andy is SO great, I adore him, really. And I would love to visit a show in Branson one time. I just think he made some embarassing records in the seventies, while Tony found a terrific jazzy line I like more....And it´s right, when you say, I would prefer Tony to Andy.
Just tell me how many golds he mad, how many duets, how many record, how many award, how many language that he ever sang, how many octave that he coulg reach.. Just spell he also known as who??? A Voice of National Treasure, The King of Hearts, The Golden Voice, The Emperor of Easy, The Emperor of Class, the Crooning King, The King of Easy Listening, Mr. Moon River, The American Idol, Mr. Christmas?? And at least, Andy´s voice may be clearer and may have a higher range, but Tony´s voice fits just perfect to his music style, which brings him a bit more success than Andy in the business during the last 15 years, right?
