No, those are only the bosses from games 6 through 10. The entire series has over 90 characters by now. I'm assuming they used FU:XX near the end because they ran over 30 characters; all the last ones were from the 10th game, Mountain of Faith. Also, 2 more games (Scarlet Weather Rhapsody and Subterranean Animism) were released since this video was made.

As Para said, only the bosses/characters from 6-10 were featured, with an exception here or there. The numbering was based off of the character popularity results of 2005 or 2006 (or it was something like that, anyway).

Mountain of Faith(Touhou 10) came out in 2007 I believe, and so did not participate back then. Aya(#8)'s the exception, as she was in 9/9.5 too.
