I loathe Cane, he is a selfish, self-entitled ass. and what makes him think he will get Billy and Chloe's daughter. And we all know who Jill will side w. her precious baby boy Cane. and cane dragging Lily into this mess. Lily will not be that baby's mothere. Chloe is and Billy is the daddy. and he'll his big brother Jack helping him.

Chloe is an unstable woman, who risked her baby's life in the 9th month of pregnancy, just to prevent Billy from getting laid. Until she is stabilized on antipsychotics, she is a danger to her baby and everyone else in that quad.

Give the baby to Billy and Jill to raise until that girl gets a grip on her problems!

Cane is very realistic in thinking he can get the kid b/c legally he is the baby's father. Chloe gave Cane all the entitlement he needed by trapping him into marriage and letting him think this was his child for months. She wanted Cane to be the father and now she got her wish. You can't play with people's lives and expect them not react. I don't think Cane is right, but I don't feel sorry for Chloe either. Don't do dirt if you don't want to get dirty.

We don't even know what kind of father billy will be. We are assuming he would be a bad father. I think in the end he will step up. Him and Chloe will come to an agreement to raise Delia together. Plus if Cane wants a baby so bad why don't he go knock up Lily again. Asking Lily to raise Chloe/Billy's kid is just not right.

Technically speaking - as far as the law goes - being the mother's husband trumps being the baby's biological father. In several major custody cases, especially in California - where Y&R is taped - in which the biological father attempted to gain even visitation rights when the legal father (who was legally married to the baby's mother at the time of the baby's birth) - ended up with the biological father losing. Judges consider marrying the baby's mother the supreme act of responsibility.

I'm so rooting for Chilly. They are my girl and my boy. I'm always in their corner. But they were BOTH WRONG for what they tried to do to Cane. So if Cane gets their kid, it will be a hard blow but I can deal and so can Chilly. They will at some point get their baby back. We'll have to see how it all plays out. Cane has gone over the deep end but he gave up so much for this baby, I can somewhat understand his state of mind. This has been his daughter for months and he's not ready to let go.

All I have to say, is anyone who thinks that MAB is going to give you a Lane reunion the way you want it...keep dreaming. I am now 100% convinced, that the LANEX next week, is not loving but angry, and that Cane is only asking Lily to marry him to use her to get the baby. This is MAB's way of spitting in LANE fans faces. Have no doubt!!! She hates them together and will break them up anyway she can!

Well, the thing is, Chloe has got to learn that she cannot just go around screwing over people. I do not want Cane to have custody. However, Chloe needs to learn a lesson. Let her worry about losing her baby.  Maybe this will, in the long run, make her a better mother. Right now, Chloe is more "Billy focused" than "Baby focused". Look at the risks she took with the baby's health with her little track up to the cabin!
