It's a Rutan Long-EZ plane. They are sold in kits that you build at home.

You are right It's a Rutan Long-EZ aircraft..But i do not think it was a model kit...This was an original Rutan Long-EZ aircraft flying over head....

One Question! How high up was it? You said.... " I think it might be an Unmanned aircraft cause it seemed kind of small in size " But what I filmed at night was really quite hight up. So it couldn't have been small... For me to be able to see and film it! It Was Very Fast! And definitely NOT unmanned. But I still say that what you and I have filmed are almost certainly the same thing. Nicknamed Mine... Dragon Head UFO
