Hihi, I tried to experiment a little and tasted some spinach flowers, but I think they were already seeding so it tasted naaaaaaasty!!! :P LoL Like eating sand! But the spinach is still good though :d
My borage is just about to bloom, and I can't wait to eat 'em!! (Grew it after seeing it in one of yor vids). I've been nibbling at my little white cilantro flowers for a month now too. I love it and grow extra just to bolt up for the flowers and seeds (saving for coriander spice).
YOU are one of the coolest dudes around Jhon, I enjoy all your updates / info. Ive learned a LOTS of favourite foods of mine because of you! I know its a different Genre...but Growing Your Greens FTW! (For the win) You cant really do it any better! Unless your feeding your family / village

I am growing, and letting go to flower, some bac choi just because I like the taste of the flowers more than the bac choi itself. :0)

@BalconyGrow : I love bok choi. I eat the entire plant. The flowers, leaves, and stems. Basically, I don't waste good food.

The way you used the millie tie, the expandable side is on the stake. To allow the width of your tree to grow, you need to reverse the tie.
