well, the lag shit will affect both players, so if one is affected both are affected.

but there's another cheat, they can steal your win by affecting their connection and making the server see it as a transmission problem. So if you're about to lose, hit your connection and see that your match wont count. No points lost.

Dont do this if you're not a cheater, if you are a cheater... one word, you suck!

i had 3 very bad lag matches in a row and lost all of them due to teleporting balls and players, most of the times i tackled sum1 the ball wud just teleport back 2 my opponents feet..... seriously konami WTF

I Hate pes 09 online connections are very bad ı go to the attack but ı dont really attack because my matchup is throw goals ı hate pes 09 online ı wish pes 2010 and really good very succesful online

I can't believe the fucking inconsistency of fucking PES2009 on xbox-live. One minute it plays OK then you can't even see the fucking ball and players run on ice. How on earth can a player build a decent score when statistically he loses every second match or so because of lag. It is ridiculous and I will seriously consider buying Fifa next year. Enough is enough!!!

My lag with pes 2009 online isn't this bad, but still it is very annoying. I always got a green connection and when I play against someone else also with a green connection it still lags. Konami, this is very shit, do something about it!

I had the same problem. It was my internet speed. I had to upgrade to a faster connection speed. I do't have that problem now, but you will see it when you play other people.

I was once a fan, not anymore. can you believe this online mode is so fuck up someetimes i feel like i'm basically playing my life out just so my players can get the ball, they move like dummies, i get tackled and instead of the player to get up and go for the ball, they just stand with their legs bending like dummies like that, same thing all the time, i got so pissed off that i broke the damn disc and put it in the trash. piece of shit....fuck konami, i oughta burn their fucking head quaters.

I hate lagging. Play someone in your own country and with a good connection to reduce the lags. It works sometimes.
