  • I bet Babs is referring to Kennedy Cartoons when she mentions how she hates the way she was animated in a particular episode.

  • Problem now. Too many I crap

  • This episode is banned? I remember watching it back in the 90s in germany!

  • SO MANY unnoticed adult jokes!

  • That medium rare line was funny

  • babs bill cosby impression made me laugh so hard

  • The TV talking to Dizzy kinda freaks me out xD.

  • KurtmanJP: Well in Taz-mania, Tazz is younger (kid age). In TTA, he's his adult self, teaching the next generation (Dizzy) how to be a good little devil. Then, he is again regressed, this time to complete infancy, in Baby Looney Tunes.

  • Plucky in a Turkish Prison... did that become a real episde?! Because I would watch it.

  • I always thought he couldn't read because he was a NIGGER...

  • @CamaroSS2236 lmao wtf???

  • i love how babs does impressions

  • Im looking for episode where Taz teaches Dizzy that Bunny Yummy. Can anyone tell me title of that episode?

  • the boob-tube?lol.

  • God, the 90s was the time to really stick to Cosby! (In a good-natured way of course)

  • is there any celebrity Babs can't do? That Cosby impersonation was lovely, lol...

  • I guess this was one time the Censors weren't cracked up

  • This shouldn't have been banned. The messages are really important, even today

  • @jonboogy

It's a double edged sword; One hand You inform and raise awareness but drive away those fans who want a good laugh after school and a half-hour disconnection from the real world.

Still no reason to ban the whole half-hour due to "One Beer".

  • @Hulk2k6 They should've made a joke about that in the episode.

  • "Me like lamb too. Medium rare!"

  • Ma the TV's Evil Again

  • But Bill Cosby is on next!! LMBO

  • This episode is awesome...serious...I never ever got to watch Tiny Toons 'cause I was born in '97, but if this is what cartoons are suppose to be then iCarly is the dumbest show in history, I'm sorry anyone of you all like iCarly, but cartoons like this are the most educational and funniest show a kid could watch.

  • Dizzy has heterochromia (differently-colored eyes).

  • 2:08 "I hate the way they drew me in that episode..." God, you gotta love Babs' fourth wall breaking remarks.

  • 4:43 Chicken Little !!!!

  • @PoluxCastor

is not Chicken Little, is actually Fowlmouth

  • Comment removed

  • The BoobTube. XD Maybe thats what this place is when we come here a lot.

  • I'm sure Dizzy would check to see if the Pac-Man cartoon or SpongeBob or something like that is on.

  • whats up with babs' voice on 2:42? whom is she spoofing there?

  • @8hornshater Bill Cosby. The previous line from the TV is "Nooo... but Cosby's on next!" Babs' cadences are those of Bill Cosby when he was doing his "tell the audience kids what's what" segments on the _Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids_ show.

  • Dizzy kicks ass lil purple fella he's asome

  • know wonder this episdoe was banned, it was against watching TV

    ex: this episode

  • Sort of sends out mixed messages doesn't it? I mean, in order to learn the lesson in this show you have to watch TV, but it's telling you TV is not good for you...confusing much?

  • "NOO but Cosby is on next!" lol

  • I LOVE DIZZZZY!

  • What is it with TV shows and ads constantly saying people should stop watching it?

  • @dashwarts they are hypocrites lol, they don't know what to believe!

  • 2 ways you can say the episode title: Why Can't Dizzy Read? or Why Dizzy Can't Read!

    It's a great one! :D

  • This is oxymoronic.

I am glad Dizzy left his TV addiction to read about his second addiction - food.

  • It won't be long before thats banned cause its not politically correct enough

  • A TV show that actually shows good lessons.

When I was a kid they had commercial saying to go outside and play cause tv is bad.

Now you have commercials that say, go outside and play for an hour and come back to watch TV. This generation has gone down hill

  • Who is to blame for this generation going down-hill?

    The generation before...

  • I could only guess which generation your from (down-hill), defending you kind

  • @whatupchico well, i'm probably from your generation, but i'll have to agree with xenshia. who's to blame for the commercials? OUR generation.

  • @xenshia: No. Actually, it is society overall. Society--particularly the media--has corporations thinking viewers are too cheap & shallow to care about quality. People like Disney, Henson, Rogers, & even some WB staff all believed that quality is best comprised of variety so that there's something for everyone and that the programs don't insult the intelligence of their audiences. Kids aren't stupid, but they pick up on what they see and hear--whether good or bad--and emulate such behavior.

  • its otay dizz taz cant read either.. let alone talk

  • "Um, hel-LOOOOOOoo! Dizzy! I hope you don't mind us just barging in like this!"

  • 2:01 Plucky in a Turkish prison! Haahahaha!

  • I love Babs' Cosby impression. XD

  • "But Cosby is on next."

    LMFAO!!

  • That anthropomorphic devil TV at 2:20 was also, or was the inspiration for, one of the enemies in the Factory levels in Tiny Toon Adventures: Buster's Hidden Treasure.

So now I know where they came from!

  • Also Note That S.N.I.D.E., The Final Boss of BHT (Controlled By Monty), Was Seen in The Episode "C.L.I.D.E And Prejudice" Which Was Seen Just After This Episode and Just Before the Infamous "One Beer" Episode.

  • LOL at Babs's "I hate the way they drew me in that episode! I hate the way they drew me in this episode either." But hey, what can you say about Akom's animation on this show? ;)

And I suppose that Plucky episode with the turkish prison was an Akom-animated episode too

  • In My Opinion, Babs' Quote Would Have Been More Fitting For an Episode Animated By Kennedy Cartoons, Which Among Most TTA Fans is The Worst Animation Studio For TTA. Even Warner Bros. Thought So and Fired KC After The First Season.

In My Opinion, The Best KC Episodes (Despite Their Horrible Animation) Were "Hare Today Gone Tomorrow" and "Gang Busters".

  • I agree; it would've worked much better for a Kennedy Cartoons-animated episode. However, I LOVED Kennedy's animation in "Gang Busters" and "Best O' Plucky Duck Day," but others vary to me. I also loved Glen Kennedy's animation on "A Pup Named Scooby-Doo" (where the style fit).

BTW, after Kennedy Cartoons was fired from WB, they went on to work for Disney! :-O

  • Why was this banned?

Its sorta sending mixed messages because to see this at the time we HAD to watch TV!

  • It was banned due to the "One Beer" segment of this episode

  • fascinating. Dizzy's funny! i like how he talks too.

  • lol he pwned that watch

  • evil TV

  • Me Like Lamb too! Medium Rare!

Rofl! Reminds of this one Daffy duck cartoon where the possesed girl duck goes: Mary had a little lamb, BUT I ATE IT!!!!

  • Oh yeah I remember that episode, IDK why but its one of my faves.

  • That one's called "The Ducksorsist" or "The Ducxorsist", if I spelled it right (it's easier to pronounce it). It's on youtube.

  • was thiss really banned?

  • lmao was Babs doing a Bill Cosby impression about halfway through!?!? thats friggin amazing! My life is complete...

  • boob tube? they called it that?

  • dizzy couldn't reed the paper

  • i've always wanted a wrist tv. :[

  • They should've called it a "watch tv." get it? anyone? 0.0?

  • *Cricket sound*

  • Why was this banned? Because of "Plucky Duck Goes to a Turkish Prison"?

  • This was banned because of the last cartoon in the episode, One Beer, which I uploaded. It's like One Beer messed it up for the first two cartoons i suppose.

  • That's odd, because one beer seemed like one of those things they'd embrace and play over and over and over again.

  • @RayOfHope612 if there's a DVD for this season, would these 2 episodes be in it, or are the networks too stupid to even consider?

  • Oh man, imagine if Dizzy Devil met Taz's friends from Taz-Mania. I wonder if Digeri Dingo would trick him into doing something really stupid.

  • Maybe So.

  • Definitely-just one word will be needed:FOOOoood

  • Taz probably tries keeping Dizzy away from his friends back in Taz-Mania. After all, Taz is Dizzy's teacher and Taz has had many unfortunate experiences with Digeri, The Platypus Bros, Mr.Thickley and Wendell.

  • probably-and i think Dingo or The Platypus Bros wouldn't mind coming over to U.S if it means another "Taz Guinea Pig"

  • And Taz would really want to keep Dizzy away from Francis X Bushlad.

  • you bet-cause Francis never completed the ceremony where he had to catch Taz.

Dizzy is a younger more gullible version of him.

    Francis would sure be happy.

  • how do u know so much about this

  • I've watched Taz-Mania before and Taz is a main character on that show and a teacher on this show. I'm trying to draw connections for potential crossovers.

  • That was funny how he smashed the wrist-TV!

  • What even funnier is that cruel candy bar commercial, LMAO.

  • @RayOfHope612 What if Dizzy Devil says "Me hate that Hedgehog!" And what happened to the Animation in Adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog?

  • @RayOfHope612 - "I see that alot of people here have been posting comments saying that they remember watching this cartoon, i myself don't remember watching it but look, if you're going to show alcohol on a kid's cartoon, then wouldn't it be a banned cartoon? of course it would. Anyway, i'm glad to see that my video is popular with so many views." - Captain Planet was a kids show, and it dealt with worser topics than just booze. Aids, cancer, overpopulation, nuclear armament, narcotics.

  • @Death2Bigots And AIDS! Don't forget AIDS!

  • no, watch TV is bad thats why I waste ALL my time in youtube xxD (just joking, I also eat xxD)

  • I forgot. I meant "watching TV is okay, but it's both how much you watch and what shows you watch that counts".

  • Actually, watching TV is okay. It's just too much TV that hurts.

  • That's Why a TV Special on the Evils of TV Rarely Works;

    It's On TV Anyway!
