McCollum High School Cheerleaders 2009-2010 NCA National Champions

we were the first grads from McCollum 1964..Terible Smells was right next door..the school was mostly southside white low to mid income and many poor minorities..the school has come a long way since then..many of the teachers were very bias and mean..one of the teachers whose husband the school was named after was evil in my opinion. remember some of my old buddies we used to skip class to shoot pool at the pool hall on Commerical Street/Hutchins Rd..working at Buddies Sp Mkt for the Cevilletos

I'm Going to 8th grade and I'm trying out for them I go twms and I'm almost lvl 5 and over extended jumps hope I make it?!! :-D

Im sorry but they did not deserve to win. They did the same damn basket toss over and over through out the whole performance, that stupid full basket toss which is the easiest one.Why not try a bottle rocket full or toetouch or even a kick out? Also, not one fo them did a full or layout tumbling pass. I guess the competition wasnt that fierce if they won. Dont get me wrong that was good but not to be National Champions. Oh and also none of the flyers doubled off any stunts. Womp Womp!

@melissag0952 They went intermediate, you're not allowed to do fulls or double downs. If you look at all the other teams in their division that year (Coed Intermediate) then you'd see that they were the best out of all the teams and totally deserved to win. At NCA National Champions come in all different categories, you can just throw backhand springs and still win.

I wish we would have won my senior year but i'm more than excited knowing yall are carrying out the tradition. Bring another Jacket back to McHS this coming year.

it was good... but were is the dancing? i dont understand that.. there is a dance part but no dancing.. just more stunts and tumbling.. if youre going to win something like that i really think there should be more dancing in that dance part than stunts.
