3 years after coming off I still have anxiety that wasn't there before. My short term memory & concentration are back - I get bits of long term memory flashing randomly which makes me happy. I took 5mg yesterday for the first time in 3 years and felt relief from the anxiety in around an hour, so whatever part of my brain was flooded to death with serotonin can at least still be normal if I take Lexapro forever. My depression now is trying to pull myself together after the damage from this drug.

i take lexapro 10mg and klonopin 0.5mg. So far i have no side effects except for some heartburn.But i only been taking these drugs for 2 months,so i dont know what the long term effects are yet.

ive been on it for like 5 days b/c paxil stopped working after 2 years... i have to admit i do feel a bit crazy like i could run a marathon and i cant stop moving my legs when i sleep.. if you can call it sleeping im not sure if im awake or asleep sometimes and the dreams are really real and freaky. also i cant concentrate on anything and i feel nauseated most of the time. think im losing weight so that is cool but otherwise basically i feel like im on diet pills...does this go away????

Um, I have an anxiety disorder and its really helped me. No side effects. I know it's not for everyone though.

@jdssurf I was on it for 6 months, thought I was better. But had a very bad anxiety relapse. I have been on it again for a year now and feel great. Hoping to start coming off it again next year. How long were you taking it for?

@rico9990 I was on it for 2 years about, I started getting anxiety issues for a couple years, then went through a bad break up, so depression hit as well so I tried it, it helped, 2 months off now and anxiety is back, exausting me, Im fit,healthy and strong minded, so its just GAD or something. SHe is starting me on a low dose of zoloft now. I had not one issue from lexapro as in this vid though. Come off was yucky for a couple weeks, thats it. So your anxiety felt how? In your breathing,tiring?

I really like this video!! It's very precise but scary about the side effects! But it is extreamly funny especially when he farts haha lexapro gives me bad wind too!!!

It has put lots of weight on me which is bad but I am on it fir OCD so I don't know what to do! Great video though! :)

nice video though I was told lexapro is the safest option and i have only noticed mild headaches (probably attributed to no water) and stomach pains
