You see Rostfar... In many interveiws i have watched of alter bridge... Concerning their release of Blackbird... They put the songs that are on blackbrid to make a statement... To put out Metal songs... alter bridge plays Metal... you can get over it.. it is in their Song Playlists that they play at concerts.. All of the players in alter bridge are huge Metal Heads... They all absolutely Adore Metallica and Led Zepplin... Mark Tremonti actually learned to play to Metallica songs...but who doesnt

Check this out all AB fans. Maybe some of you know this, but others may not. Myles was almost the singer for Velvet Revolver before they hired Scott Weiland.

Myles said that AB was a better fit and a better feel for him.

That's what this is. This is a true test of talent. Unlike many artists today, they don't NEED the studio to sound good. They're beyond awesome in this natural state. I can honestly say that if you watch this performance and still don't understand why Alter Bridge reeks of awesomeness, then you don't know music. I don't care what genre you prefer - Rock, Rap, R&B, Blues, Jazz, doesn't matter - if you don't get this, you just don't understand the beauty of music at its most purest form.
