You download them and install them on a clean ROM, on the PC. To make them you need to know how to program.

A programme called "Lunar Magic" by fusoya can manipulate the USA and Japan versions of the Super Mario World Rom. Just search Lunar Magic and Fusoya and you should find a link to download it.

The level design is creative, but it needs improvement in these areas:

-No overlapping Piranha Plants

-The waterfalls in the background shouldn't just stop

-Remove the pipe-ceiling at the end of the level

Other than that, this level is fantastic. :)

I loved the idea of sacrificing a powerup to gain a 1-up ^.^

Although, it looks like it was made pretty simple, almost only pipes and Piranhas, which could possibly make the player bored, if he dies a several times :P

Graphics - Good, although some of the turns on pipes could be done without those annoying boxes. BG doesnt animate correctly, but I have no idea how to fix that, I have the same BG in my hack.

Also, your pirahna plants look weird when the go over each other.
