Absolutely terrible. The patient was not correctly positioned, and her occlusal plane was not approximately horizontal; the diagnostic quality of this radiograph was pretty poor, considering the pt was wearing ear rings?? even with the software adjusting the contrast, gamma etc of this image....

You are right. I didn't see the wall. At 1:13 you can see the wall.

aren't you guy afraid of radiation? only the patient must be in the room when the panoramic is made. think that an panoramic's radiation is considerable. the assistant should protect herself against radiation of she's doing that all day long.

@volnick1986 The assistant and camera person are standing behind a wall lined with lead and are more than six feet away from the source of radiation, therefore safe. This panorex was taken with digital technology which cuts the amount of radiation in half from traditional film radiographs.

I was on panoramic x-ray this week, but the machine was moving a lot faster.
