Did you adapt an intake from another engine? it seems that there is a sort of adaptor plate between the intake and the head. So far I have given up doing since I was going to cast one by making a wooden model first.
@noe179 Yep, intake is from an early 80's Celica. The port alignment is VERY close, but it did still need the adaptor plate unfortunately. Looking back, I'd probably go the quad throttle body route if I did it again. The adaptor plate was just as much work.
