The world of Dart game, player should keep both feet on ground for balance. How can you keep balance with one foot on ground while the other foot in the air?
Hi.I am just a beginner in darts,So I am working on my technique. I thought that this pre-throw jerk destabilises throw. Obviously not in your case. I also insist on rolling the dart. I dont know if u do it, but i find it hard not to. do u think it is just one more factor that reduces accuracy. I have also insisted on getting heavier darts, thinking it would be less forgiving with throwing errors so i would have to improve throw. I wonder what you think about these issues. Keep on filming.bye!
thanks for the msg. Yes it is very difficult to slow down and maintain the rhythm. I guess Phil Taylor is the best to show us how to do it. I am trying some new technique these days, emulating Ronnie Baxter, esp his flicking of the wrist at delivery.
Interesting talk in both videos, might be very useful for anyone starting his adventure with darts.
On the other video you say that backward move should be slow and that one should not rush it. I fully agree, but when you throw it seems that your backward move is quite fast (doesn't your accuracy suffer a bit because of that?). Great follow through and nice consistency. Good darts!
you have a good stance and rhythm. My stance is good but my rhythm seems to go to shit alot and its something I need to practice a bit more.
