regarding my previous comment, nevermind. Apparently, you can make NES games with BASIC which is a hell of a lot easier than doing it in assembly. Since I was already dabbling in BASIC a little bit for the Atari 2600, I'll switch to NES, because I'm not quit old enough for the Atari to be as nostalgic as the NES is. Wish me luck!

Gundam X was pretty much the worse Gundam show ever. G Gundam is a love it or loathe it but Gunadm X is just bad. Evangelion on the other hand reinvigorated the mecha genre and popularised fast robots that have been ripped off since. So getting Gundam X cancelled is good, force some growth into the genre.

@heroarmorzero Gainax's budget was shot, and because they weren't meeting deadlines soon enough, either, they had to improvise by saying that Instrumentality already happened. But their budget wouldn't even support the illustration for THAT... or much of anything for that matter, so they put some characters through a huge psychological session with a disembodied Dr. Phil.

Actually, the psychological component of NGE was a result of not meeting deadlines, either, I believe.

@remmidemmiyippie: The Gashisoft program does not give extremely good NES style 8-bit, and it is closer to 16-bit. Look for videos by cat333pokemon, she has videos done using a proper NES simulator for 8-bit music.
