When you imagine yourself succeeding in your mind, your odds of following through increase by 75%! Also, focus on how great you will feel once you've completed the fitness rather than on what you'll be doing.
2. Start slow (5 minutes of walking in place) and celebrate when you complete the goal. In this way, you are re-training your brain to believe fitness can be enjoyable (rather than painful).

1. Start calling it "Fitness" since this word sounds more inspiring than exercise and doesn't have all the negative emotion attached to it.
