Legalising weed would lower hard drug use because drug dealers are the people with the hard drugs and the weed, when you take away the weed from them through legalization, then they can't ween smokers onto the hard drugs, pretty simple logic. weed never hurt anyone.

when the buds are "bone dry" the THC is in its proper form for use. THC instead of THCA as when it is growing. just as in the same way it gets you higher after it has dried. this is when the THC looses its acidity
