Mole = Lesley Nelson in Police Squad. Clumsily makes way to victory.

Also, this is really awesome. I'd say that Flippy would win overall, but then again, Buddhist Monkey can create fire and The Mole somehow finds some way to victory through sheer clumsiness and could catch the other two off guard at the first chance.
