@blehk620 Just because its below your level, doesn't mean you shouldn't play it! A good director tries to give a balance of music. A few "grade level" pieces (for high school it is 3-5 level pieces), a couple of abouve your grade level to challenge you, and a few below your grade level to give you a break.

Every piece (repeat: EVERY PIECE) we get, we have the the background sound and it's not like anyone hears it so it's disappointing...:( And hey, I play a cool instrument (the ONLY instrument that can play that snazzy sounding gliss ;D) so why not have the melody for once?
