'professional dancers' do so much more 'intense' moves than this....and yes, in barefeet. I have forgotten my shoes a time or two at my class, and I've gottenthru it. for fitness I like to have my shoes but in dance class, yea, I will rarely wear shoes. just kind of the way things have evolved. this would be a nice break b/wn some high impact routines. I don't see anything wrong or bad with it.

@IluvZumbaOhio Yes I did! And it's not dangerous at all when they are professional dancers and are more used to dancing barefoot than with tennis shoes on. This is not a class. This was just me testing my choreo on them. Thanks anyway though! ZUMBA LOVE! :D

@yogirlyo100 Actually, there is quite a point. This was filmed during the winter time, these are dancers, and they're slowing shedding their Warm-ups as they warm up. It's a process not a fashion statement.

This is very much Zumba. We are allowed as licensed instructors to choreograph our own routines using whatever music we choose. This is only ONE dance out of about 15 we do each class which mostly consist of Latin or Zumba music. Come try my class FOR FREE ANYTIME and I'll not only have you breathless but wanting more! @TheJenAmbrose It's not active enough to be Zumba. Zumba is making people more in shape, and for some to lose weight. This, albeit a cute dance, is for not not even making any of them sweat, and most definitely not latin. This is aerobics for pre-schoolers, at best.

We most definitely sweat! This is one dance out of a 60 minute class. Also, I've had amazing results come out of my class so yes Zumba does make people more in shape and lose weight!
