i can't believe they put such an infuriating character in this anime. I mean he's pretty much just like the father and son duo, but he has waaaayyyy more feathers to boost his ability. The only reason his magic-y crap works is cause he's IN HIS HOME COUNTRY (pretty sure it wouldn't work once he starts traveling).
