Emilio should have been gone on this challenge. He completely missed the point of making a "new" girls outfit. And the models look has to be the most matronly outfir in the entire series (even more than the pregnancy challenge.) And as the judges keep saying, next to "cheap" and "costumy" matronly is one thing you do not want the outfit to be.
the long scarf on the last little girl look is an awful idea. It is so long it could easily get caught in things (car doors etc) and the kid would be strangled.
