  • In real matches, they don't go this slow, they do all the steps at once, so it's very quick. This is just to teach people.

  • during that whole process his right hand couldve been ground and pounding. that isnt ganna be easy in a real fight

  • a better 1 is to cover ur face and bump him to get him off balance then wrap ur arm around his arm and trap his leg wit ur foot and put ur hand on his chest and push up and roll over......

  • This is for BJJ matches not for MMA matches hense "bjj mount escape"

  • The camera man sounds like he's getting off on this,

    Useful technique all the same

  • your suppose to protect your neck at all times when your like that because i would just go for the next right there

  • with both of your hands down, wouldnt your opponent just destroy your face with punches and elbows?

  • this is probbaly better for bjj and not mma comps

  • darth vader?

  • lol i was thinking the same

  • good technique!

  • What can you do if you cant get a hold of his arm and he's punching you. Any ideals?

  • Bump with a knee in the small of his back while raising your hips to get him to post an arm on the mat. Collect an arm and proceed on with the sweep.

  • love it...

except for the loud open mouth breathing from the camera man

  • thanks friend!!! upa is a classic technique
