lol I should have comment earlier, but meh. Rugal E just fails, Its not a status quo thing like ESX5 thinks its a quality thing. Why have the cheaper low quality thing that you'll won't like or the high quality product that has more work put into it. Its like why have the house made of sticks just cuz you can make it cheaper and faster when you can have the house of bricks which is basicly timeless. ESX5 doesnt realize he's mainstream as well just playing a gimmick.

Rugal doesn't automatically recover power, his AI just usually walks forward, during which he gains power (it's a Guilty Gear mechanic; GG's tension is generally harder to take advantage of, unlike Rugal's power which allows him to do all kinds of broken bullshit).
the only thing about it you have to run or dash in the air for it to charge at a high rate walking doesnt do that in GG but lol who walks in GG when fighting.
I don't see any reason to beat the dead horse. Anyone who knows anything about quality M.U.G.E.N. chars knows to stay the hell away from ESX5's garbage. :/

LMAO at Drago's being "overrated". If anything they're underrated. I don't see anyone using his characters but me and Jago, they'd rather POTS Geese, Ryu, Akuma, etc.
Hmph. Having played with this character and really testing him, that super that didn't take a full bar was actually supposed to be that way. He doesn't cheat, that move just only takes 700 power. It's not an AI thing, human players can do it too. The stupid thing is that this move is actually capable of dealing much more damage in combos than his Gigantic Pressure, even with the God Press chains before and after, and it's fully invincible until the SECOND hit finishes.
Actually, there are SEVERAL inconsistencies in that description that come from almost directly copying ALL of it, some of which are Slayer's fault (no damage dampening). Funny thing about that; I tried to tell him that they do have damage dampening, and he snapped, going so damn paranoid on me that he finally blocked me.

This Rugal_E is indeed cheap compared to the Don Drago characters (and at least you can adjust AI difficulty, thanks to this function).

He does not gain power by ducking. Every character can gain power from blocking most attacks, however. He must be low-blocking your attacks.
