@loonmaniac Religions may have faults but the free practice of them as well as any speech is still covered by the first amendment. It is nice to know that legal actions are finally under way for the blatant disregard for the Constitution of the United States.

Also, legally the idiot officer does not have the right to illegally take someone to jail unless he is disturbing the peace.
