My autistic teenage son would love having permission to get messy while helping Mom make bread! He loves sensory activities with a lot of tactile input, and he really enjoys the cooking projects his class does. (Hmmm . . . maybe I could talk his teachers into making no-knead bread as a class project?)

thanks. I don't have a fancy mixer and don't really wanna spend money on it so i'm glad to see you can do it well by hand
