Professors and probably The President of the college instigate it against a student that they do not like whether it be homophobia, racism, or having different ideas. Another trick is to tag the house with fluorescent paint (light green) on a fence or the pavement (a symbol is best as it may be percieved as an opposing gang). This will make them think they are marked by the cops as a crack house. Another trick is to pay for a pizza and have it delivered. Order a "special". It looked a like a frat prank, and as a single incident, it has relatively little meaning to most passersby.- and possibly to her as well. But when these incidents become frequent, they become destructive. This happened to me 10 years ago and I remained publicly gracious.

They started in my neighborhood, and became frequent there. Occasionally it happened outside my neighborhood, I have one old friend who was with me during one incident. I remained publicly quiet about this for nine years. I also stopped calling it "gangstalking", because the issue of harassment itself is tremendously important when it becomes as destructive as this. If I understand it correctly, the law requires a 3rd party witness to your being followed. Videotape by you isn't sufficient. I think it's wise to find out what the law requires, hire or get a consultation with a lawyer. I did and found it clarifying, a relief, because I no longer had to guess what I needed or could do. A victim has said to me "all they want is your money"- not true. It's empowering.

If you're investigating a stalking, as I am doing, don't give up so easily or go underground because you think you're constantly being watched and deterred. Nobody is infallible. Neither do they always understand the methods investigators use to do the job.

May I interject here and make a few suggestions for those who are becoming proactive about this issue? I would start to do the research on the laws governing assault, harassment and stalking. I'd also find out what constitutes a hate crime in your state or province. You'd be surprised at how much the term "hate crime" includes. These laws are put in place to serve you and a common principle. Use these principles, they're there for you, for everyone.

You seem to be reading huge significance into trivial details (such as mentioniong time of birth relating to #'s) as compelling evidence in themselves. In the end the outsider takes it all in and can't see the real proof dispersed amongst (what appears to be) rantings of a possible lunatic. I mean this constructively- you are overthinking this!
