it looks really good. I've played Black mesa source almost every single day (the beta version). it's so detailed I've been using cheats quite alot but so far The only high deefenition models that are NPC's are houndeye bullsquid vortigaunt and headcrab (although the headcrab is just from half-life 2. there are no scientists yet or any other humans apart from barney and human grunt low def.)

dude this is a small group of amateurs creating a complete rebuild of one of the greatest video games EVER made, they have no funding and rely on community involvement. In What is prossibly the greatest fan made game ever since the inception of video gameing. I would go as far as to say this is the greatest labour of love ive ever seen so I say give these guys the time and have patience from what I can see this game couldnt have better production value if valve had made it themselfs! YOU GUYS ARE ALL FUCKING RETARDED!, MONKEY JUNKIE ISNT MAKING HL1 Black Mesa! valve and steam felt like remaking it, since the source engine and the hl2 gameplay was so great, that they worked on the HL1 in secrecy, until rumors spreaded so they just went along with the program, ive seen pictures of the game, old monsters like bullsquid,hounddog, and the gargantua, old weapons, but i dont think you need anything, cept a steam Acc and a good computer, thanks for posting this vid monkey
