Own one, love it - It's now my favorite. Have been using a Logitech Marble Mouse for many years (18yrs+) - wore out several (till buttons fail). As other poster said, it just needed a zoom wheel. The Slimblade zoom works awesome, but the software that comes with it isn't (wasn't) very good. I have successfully programmed all buttons with the "x-mouse" software on windows 7, available free on internet.. Also use mint linux, which has no problem programming the buttons either.
@LtSurge659 infact even in c64 25years ago trackball was used for flight games and stuff like that. I have logitech trackball, and belive me, in any action game it's just fucking amazing!!! really big minus of mine trackball is "no wheel mode" in here =( so it's kind a impossible to play something like splinter cell where wheel is controlling speed of walking.. but with this slimblade it would be interesting to try.. I will really buy it soon=)
i just got mine today and it blows, you cant designate buttons like drag like u could on other kensington trackkball mouses, and the cursers n ball catch n stick n the arrows just slides. not worth 20 bucks let alone 100
All they describe here is a stupid media button and an ever stupider document button. So how do you actually use that shit?

man people need to make better trackballs damn it, the 2 the microsoft once made are sooooo wanted, DAMN IT.
Why not make new once and then with all you want and with Laser tracking and dpi settings, would be great :(.
