i dont even have the original sim which was provided with it. to activate it as i m in Indai.. the mobile was from USA of AT&T ntwrk......

@laddoochat You can't backup iOS itself, you can only backup SHSH blobs, and the data on the device, and basebands are non-downgradeable. You can try GEVEY SIM for an unlock.

i was on iOS 5 GM and jail broke tethered with redsnow and then upon rebooting it stopped at the apple logo. i tried a tethered boot but that wouldn't help so i tried to restore with iTunes first to iOS 5 then to iOS 5 GM and it says device is not eligible for build model HELPPPPP!

I've been struggling with the dreaded 1013 error time after time until I tried Recboot!

Even though the downgrade said it failed at about 75%, all the files were somehow still copied to the iPhone. Recboot enabled the so called "failed" downgrade to continue. Awesome!!!
