if you want a hair cut like that ask them to do a 90 cut which make it full at the top but not cutting too much off and if you want more volume then tease at the roots only ans spray lighting with holding spray before/after you tease :0 hope that tip helps let me know if you have anymore questions about hair im a hairstylist :)
