In the city there are locked doors with bonus stages. You have to get their codes to open them.

or u use Double H to bang them bars in the city thet helps 2 :P

It has been a long while but I think it was when you had to look something up in the city in the dark, at one point he comes on the roof and you have to run like crazy (blowing everything up)
