No, he was shot because he fought with the Agent, managed

to get ahold of the Agent's STEEL Baton, and was going to use

it on the Agent. Agents are trained to use Steel Batons as

Non-Deadly weapons, aiming for the legs or arms. Improperly used,

A STEEL Baton to the face can be deadly. Thus, the agent was

defending himself and his life. It makes sense if you pay attention to the whole

@toobboob4u just because the title says "Border Patrol" does not mean theyre stuck on the border. Border patrol / ICE operate through out the United States. Don't think for one second that just because an illegal made it past the border, ICE cannot seek them out.
