I love this scene!!!! I've heard a lot of funny stuff in my 44 years, and had the privilege of serving in two branches of the armed forces (Army and Navy). With that said, I've never heard the term "if it short-dicks every cannibal on the Congo!" It sound funny but I don:t have a clue as to what it means?

Obstacle course is against Health and Safety .Army should ensure that soldiers are not put at risk during any practice .That shouting officer was also rude for him .He should show tolerancy for his fear of heights and give him easy job to do
