@samatention Because you can't just act without reason. It's like arresting someone who you THINK is going to kill somebody, but they didn't actually do anything. If you could just arrest anyone who looks suspicious , I think half the world would be in prison by now.
Hmm weird no ice units well at least the gangs got a drug dealer off the street for good something police would have taken a while to do I don't know why people in Spokane don't get more weapons permits
