@Sparklegirl114 It works the same way when you do it on your own hair. Practice doing it on a side ponytail first . It also helps if you look in front of a mirror. :)

Thanks for this, I really like this braid... I've seen other tutorials on it, but they used really weird techniques that include switching hands and doing other off the wall crap. This really helped me understand how to do it. I was able to do my own braid in my hair while I watched this! Thanks!
