Lon Horiuchi was indicted for murder, but the FED's stepped in, and had the charges thrown out because "he was only following orders". Yeah, the same thing they said at the nuremburg trials. But apparently, that defence works nowadays.

@NoLongerFooled...They are arbitrary, bullshit regulations designed to create a climate where EVERYBODY is guilty of SOMETHING.
Example: A rifle must have a barrel length of 16 inches, minimum. The same weapon, in the same caliber can be manufactured as a "pistol" (i.e., no buttstock) with NO MINIMUM BARREL LENGTH. Now, if you put a buttstock on the "pistol", IT becomes illegal.
There is absolutely no logical basis for such rules, other than to create gratuitous excuses for persecution.
