So a couple things to keep in mind here

If you don't understand the the piezoelectric effeviuct read up because it is king here.

Obviously pads are calibrated to harvest maxium voltage from super presure and small movement ie passing car not a lot of height movment but a ton of pressure per square inch.

Lastly you could use the same laws in the piezoelectric effect in quartz based pads on the bottom of a vehicle moving between the earths magnetic fields Leedskalnin IS MY GOD GOD ISNt Real

Sorry but they're not being completely honest in the description.

The energy is being stolen directly from your gas tank. There is no free lunch where energy is concerned.

Windmills at the side of the expressway do the same thing. Slow you down and steal fuel from your tank.

@CoinDevil - It's wasted energy that passes through the tires and beyond into the ground. Yes, it's correct that the energy comes from the engine running on the gas, however, the energy in which is powering the motion of the viechle is, as I said, passing by into the ground afterwads. They're abusing that with their generators which contains piezomaterials. When a piezomaterial experience pressure it generates electricity - that's what they do mainly. So no, they are actually telling the truth.
