  • chicken run @ 0:16 :)

  • MY TWO CENTS The biker was signalling to go into that lane and made the change. The car driver was ogelling the police stop. The biker moved into the car guys lane too close. The car guy, unable to slow cos' he wasnt looking, struck him.

  • fat ass whore trying to run.

  • the second dude chill ... :D

  • My 2 cents: The car driver was looking at the cop car which had stopped and was obviously doing something. The biker pulled in infront of him which normally (without a rubbernecking driver) would still have caused a car to brake (which is bad). But due to his rubbernecking the driver saw the dumb biker until it was too late.

  • motorbikes fault

  • .....why cant women run properly........

  • wow...another french guy...

  • the biker was not merging from the left hand lane because that is the hard shoulder and you can't drive in it. all the car drivers fault. The biker slowed down for the car merging back onto the motorway, car driver should have been paying more attention

  • @hippo1979 You are dumb. The one car that was merging back onto the road already did and was far enough ahead. Even if it was slowing down for the car ahead... You don't pull in front of ANYONE when you are feet away and hit your breaks. The car it pulled in front of hit its breaks and tried to swerve immediately, but not enough time. Totally the idiots (i mean biker's) fault.

  • LOOOOOL at the woman cop trying to run!!!!

  • OMG a cop with some urgency!!! ha

  • is it FUUCK the bikers fault!

  • Biker did pull in front of car BUT the car on the inside would have been undertaking at that speed also, so car is to blame too.

  • Lesson: Get a car.

Having a motorbike is equivalent to running naked in a wild pack of bulls who have high testosterone levels.

  • biker fault

  • actually, if you look closely, it looks like the motorcyclist merges from the right lane into the left, into the car's path. Then the car tried to avoid him but it's too late.

  • god damn it... when will people learn? oh right, probably never. : (

  • BIKER'S FAULT.

Changed lanes into a lane in front of another vehicle.

Was biker looking at stopped police and not paying attention?

    Did biker signal?

  • Car driver is not the stupid one... Bike turning left from 1st lane, moreover too slow...

  • I believe the car was not speeding at all, just cruising like the rest of the cars. The biker was obviously switching lanes too slowly.

  • look how that woman is runnin. thats even funnier haha

  • loool :D:D she has big ass :D

  • Too many bavarian cream donuts!

  • @M0LT3S what's wrong with that!?

  • Glad to hear that the rider was ok I reckon he didn't observe properly- comments on German drivers was a bit disturbing.. Final solution for der bad drivers ?

  • i hope the guy was ok.. but in germany they usually do it on purpose so you can learn from ur mistake.. if you honk for no reason or forget to put ur turn signal on they will do crazy shit to make u learn ur lesson

  • The rider had seen some debris on the opposite carriageway, then by chance saw a traffic car parked in the layby, deciding to do the right thing he tried to pull into that layby to tell the officers, failing to do a left lifesaver he decellerated too fast to get in in time and left the car driver with no where to go. Thankfully he had invested in a good set of leathers, he sustained no broken bones, but has since given up riding

  • pussy, should get back on your Horse and ride. to give up riding cuz of an accident is retarded

  • It is quite clear that the accident is the fault of the biker. He can be seeing moving into the L/H lane apparently without checking that it was safe to do so. At the same time he was slowing down. The car that hit him was moving faster and veered into the RH lane in an effort to avoid colliding with the bike which had appeared right in front of him. If the biker survived I'll bet he doesn't make the same mistake again.

  • Correct me if I'm wrong, but this Britain, right? And I'm guessing that the rules basically work the same as here, just the sides are switched. So theoretically, the slow lane is on the left here? Look like maybe a case of the van driver passing on the wrong side? The van was clearly going too fast, and not watching where the hell they were going.

  • To the idiots saying it's the bikers fault.. When you are driving behind someone, it is your duty to watch for them and not drive to close and to be aware. It's the drivers/motorists job to look in front of them. The van was probably going to fast to pass the biker, who didn't realize the other guys speed as he was thinking they'd go behind him as he cross over and instead the van hit him. Who do you think got the ticket in this? The driver for hitting the back of another car.

  • If the biker was crossing lanes then its the bikers responsiblity to take all precautions to make sure the lane he is switching too is clear. If, in this instance, was the case, then the fault is clearly the bikers. It did not look like the van was speeding.

  • yes u rit but if u look at it the biker changed the line so it almost half way in when it comes to camera view

  • I agree wat you say, I think their eyes got problem, please play back for it. The car is passed to another line. He not driving in own line 0.05. the bikers already is in front of the car.

  • Biker fault!

  • you're not funny...... so stop trying

  • clearly the bike's fault. He was slowing down and cut right into the path of the car. He may have been stopping for the car on the side of the road and should have looked before pulling over.

  • your an idiot the car hit the bike not his fault dumb fuck

  • You and the bike rider are both fucking stupid. Watch the video again and you will clearly see the bike cut right into the path of the car while slowing down. Just because the car hit the bike does not mean the car is at fault. Biker is at fault 100%.

  • First your an idiot because there is no such thing as 100% at fault even if your car is parked in a parking lot and you get hit there is still a percent that they say you partake in because you are present. second the video does not show if the biker CUT him off or if the drive just wasn't paying attention. Third look at the info you dumb fuck clearly states what happen and yes you are a raging homo!

  • The bike and the car changed both changed lanes. The car coming over from the left lane.

  • @giantmidget08 Regardless that the biker was slowing down at a stupid time or not this would be the car drivers fault. He hit the rear of another vehicle full in his lane already and was obviously not paying attention to the road ahead of him.

  • @giantmidget08 seen this many times before and as a biker I must agree, that's the first time i noticed the bike does slow down and cut in.

  • I agreeee... It's CLEARLY NOTTTT the biker's fault u dummer FCUK

  • this was the motorbikes fault

  • @foch0 its the law to slow down a little when someone is pulled over so its not the motorcycles fault.

  • @mckibr the biker cuts across the the drivers path into the left lane

  • @foch0 ...im not saying im sure whos fault it is....it could be either.....but youuu sound so sure of yourself that its the bikers fault?...in my opinion hitting someone in the back of them is your fault.... it doesnt look like the biker cut in front of the car at all...lol

  • @daehelttaR You can see at the last second the rider changing lanes....and also the driver tries to avoid him/her by changing lanes himself....thats just what i reckon anyway...and a few other people too.

  • MOTORCYCLES ARE EVERYWHERE. unfortunately so are piss poor drivers

  • wel well motorcyclists can be fuckin wreckless...they really think every driver is watchin out for them. The amount of times cyclists have sped past me inches away..and good thing i wasnt changin lane etc...cuz i drive a car and the amount of times people avent seen my car and cut me off....who cant see that so imagine a fuckin cyclist. Thats why i drive with headlights on durin the day and check mirrors all the time. People ask y well if u ave a black car u should always ave lights on

  • I'm a biker and I have to admit that motorcyclist cut off the van.

  • and... this is real

  • omfg not cool!!!!!!!!!!

  • wow fuck sgirwan

  • What? People who ride bikes should get killd. You are one thik pice of shit. I supppose when I am driving my Hummer and I see you in your shitvet I have the right to run you off the road because you have a smaller vehicle than me? I hope you stall on some tracks, Get hit by a train and draged for 10 Km while you ungreatfull body get chopped up into little pices and hopfully your body ends up rotting on the tracks for years and years to come.

  • But why don't you say how you *really* feel? :o

  • I dont get what your saying?

  • It was a joke. I was suggesting you were being reserved in your words. ;)

  • u r a idiot, imbecil hijo de puta

  • If you're going to try an insult someone, do it in their own language. That makes you a coward because you're hiding behind your words. (use 100% English, not mixing it if you want to insult someone that speaks English)

  • I thought it was the vans fault at first but I hate to say it, after watching it 5 times, you can clearly see the biker mergering from the right lane to the left clearly in front of the van, thus bikers fault.

Pains me more since im a biker :(

  • At least the WPC gets her skates on and runs to help. The PC just ambles his way there. He was probably digesting a large lunch.

  • No, if you watch closely you can see that the biker was correctly in the lane. The van driver probably looked left to what the cops were doing and thereby did not pay attention that he was faster than the biker in front of him.

  • That's not the point man.

  • The biker pulled in fornt of the car in a quite sudden maneuver actually. I also bet that before that he wasn't driving paralel with the van but came hard from the back overtaking the van and then tried to change lanes. look at 00:07 and you can clearly see the biker at the right of the image, and then pulling to the left. It was his responsability to assure that he can do that safely. i have nothing against bikers but i still thinck that it was the biker's fault.

  • WTF that wasn't a van that is a Peugeot 307 SW!!!!

  • the dumby in the van should rot in prision.

  • That's why no one should ride a bike, because there are a lot of dumb drivers out there who play GTA a lot

  • the car driver was ''rubber necking'' so the biker got it :(

  • or maybe the biker was "rubber necking" and drifted into that lane. Who knows

  • This was probably the car driver's fault. You can see the car getting closer to the bike. I doubt that a biker would perform an illegal maneuver whilst the police are sitting on the hard shoulder. They would probably have their lights flashing if they're just pulled that driver.

My guess would be the car driver had his eye on what the police was doing instead of the road.

  • It doesn't look at all the like the bike pulled in front of the car. You can see the car getting closer to the bike until it hits it.

My guess was the driver of the car was too busy watching the police to see what was going on in front of him

  • wow you are an idiot.. i hope you never getinto a car. it is the drivers responsibility to be aware of his/her surrounding at all times. don't check that off as the bikers fault.. the driver of that van was not paying attention plain and simple... if he HAD been, then no accident would have happened

  • tisk, tisk, tisk

  • If ur on a motorbike u take that risk.

  • the policeman walked like nothing happened

  • looks like he was on his radio which would be clipped near his chest

  • I can't tell for sure but it looked like the motorcycle cut in front of the car but I could be wrong

  • holly shit

  • ... :(
