@champ84able Kobe did pretty much all the stuff LeBron did in highschool, if not more. But the media didn't start riding Kobe's dick at age 15. That's the only problem with LeBron. He's overhyped at this point. Sure he has talent, but when commentators try comparing him to Jordan or Magic I nearly puke. People have forgotten what it was like to see players like that. They're the reason why the NBA is where amazing HAPPENED.

@ProperPiff LeBron is more athletically gifted than Kobe ever was, so it makes sense. Bron had the abilities of an NBA SF in high school, and he was still raw. Everyone saw that he had the potential to be greatest of all time. Kobe had to prove that he had the skills to excel in the leage; Bron was a sure thing.

Bron is compared to the greats cuz nobody else has had his combo of gifts and his work ethic. LeBron is a lot of things, and he has his weaknesses, but he is more than just raw talent.

@stevechen1991 Seriously do you even follow basketball? Pippin played WITHOUT Jordan in 1994 (Pippens prime) and didnt average anywhere close to what Jordan did. Pippen is great but if you think he is as good as MJ you should just kill yourself

As a player, I would compare Lebron's game to a combination of Dominique's scoring ability, Magic Johnson's overall play with Scottie Pippens defense. As much as some hate to admit it. Lebron's probably one of the top 10 most talented athlete's ever to be drafted into the NBA. I don't think he was anything like Jordan except for his being 23 with the Cav's. Being from Atlanta though, Lebron is MagicNiquePip.

@Psych0tic22 Lebron can lol, Dominque had a very good game, could knock down three's when he needed to, in fact at one time in his career he had even made his three point game almost rival Jordan, he wasn't no Reggie Miller, but he was decent. The way Dominque plays, cause for a guy 6'9" which is around Lebron's height, he was not only diesel but had decent speed. Dominque's carbon copy might be Josh Smith or Blake Griffin, but Lebron is the upgrade. He can dunk just as hard & his game is better

@nvrsurrender Lebron's shot is better, he's faster and stronger. Lebron is a modern day Dominque Wilkins especially considering his past situation. Cleveland is basically a watered down version of the 80-90 Hawks and Dominique was Atlanta's hope, just like Lebron was for Cleveland
