  • Amazing, captures the feel of the song perfectly through visuals. Monotonous chaos defines our lives indeed.

  • Damn beautiful work!!!!! Brilliant and perfect choice of song!

  • What version of the song is this? The version off the Street Spirit EP is different, with slightly different drums and stuff.

  • hey, can i use your video for a montage?

  • This is rad. You made an appropriate video for the song. Not easy.

  • one of the best chill-out songs of all time...

  • Very good short film. I especially liked all the editing techniques you used. And the Radiohead song, of course :)

Also, check my short film and leave a comment if you want.

  • awesome!!

  • genious

  • This is true art, you hit me in a funny place dude- thanx :)

  • nice work of art mate...what did you use on editing this video?

  • Wow, nice that was very cool and very.... artistic. Nice job

  • Its a very powerful video i agree and i must say that your video suits it best from what ive seen on here but i think that maybe adding some more concepts into it, like your traffic/cars was good, some other ones like that would have made the cherry on top of the cake for me. Very good anyway!

  • this was really amazing and i loved all the effects and the shots to had were just pure excellence! I love your vid and you picked the perfect song for this!

  • love the song and love the vid

    Keep up the great work.

  • Dude I love your work!! Gives me inspiration to follow my dream in film making. Thanks.

  • u use avid?

  • i have adobe premiere elements 2.0 and i was wondering what you exported this in.

  • Well I would've exported this in avi format, uncompressed, then used a conversion program to create an mp4 file.

  • Nice work mate, way cool video i quite enjoy it (BTW is that the Bagot Road / Stuart Highway intersection at 2.16)

  • cool man u rule

  • Haha cheers bro =P

  • well done.

  • Lol thanks dude. I guess this one is a little hard to come by - kinda abstract. But thanks for saying =)

  • Your video skills here are much better even then say some one like saftey steve Yet you for some reason have only just over 500 views. And he is getting like 37,000 on his. What is wrong with taste in the world why are you not getting the views you deserve!

  • Really nice video dude..

    Nice framings, and editing..

Like the bus, layer part that's sweet & the car scene..

Which camera did you use ?

Did you use any light ?

    -Tla

  • My camera for this one was a Canon MV800i MiniDV Handycam which did the job nicely. I didn't rig up any lights of my own - just lazily embraced the power of the sun =)

    Thanks for you comment!

  • how do you do the time lapse shots?

  • Film a subject for about half an hour, then capture that footage onto the computer. In editing, you can speed up the footage to play at, say, 10x its normal speed so it lapses time.

  • i know that, but if were to have a longer time lapse, like a full day. wouldn't i need a time lapse camera?

  • Ya-huh. They're tricky to come by tho. I'd imagine only high-end commercial cameras would have filmspeed alteration capabilities. The only other alternative I could think of would be to get a camera that has still photo taking and take a photo/frame every minute or so...

  • Sure. Thank you for the comment =)

  • I am 15 and I wan't to be like a directer. I realy enjoy your projects. Please keep posting.

My filming youtube account is KaneTreadwellFilms I'm working on something please give me your feedback I would be much appreciated!

  • First work on your grammar and punctuation dude.

Lol, just kidding. I'm sure you'll make a fine "directer":-)

  • you do know its hard to become a director it takes years to become one as you have to work your way up the positions in filming userly starting out as a reasearch assistant working your way to a director but there are so many paths to take that it is so unpredictable on how quickly you could become a director but im sure if your keen enoth you'll get there in the end

    good luck

    best regards Blue Fire Films

  • Well done, I like it.

  • Thanks a bunch.

  • this looks professional. awesomeness!

  • Lol thanks bro! =D

  • You have so much footage of darwin, I was not aware you were here that often anymore?

    Cool video though :)

    Anto .

  • Yeah well this was my 2nd major project for year 12 video production. I basically dragged josh around town with me for a couple of days and shot everything that moved (or didn't move) lol.
