Hey! I just stumbled into this video, and need to tell you this is the best and most effective hypnosis video I've seen thus far. I feel incredibly relaxed! This comes from someone who frequently watches hypnosis, and guided relaxation videos online!

A key ingredient in a powerful induction is*confusion*. Anything that has been done before loses a great deal of its ability to confuse, and thus its potency. As with music, a hypnotist should have a style so unique that it is instantly recognizable as their own, with something the subject has literally never seen before, and can't see coming. It must then be strong enough to stand the test of time, and the scrutiny of several thousand viewings. Not an easy task for even the talented.

Katherine: Love your hypnotic presence and voice. The "quick" closes do not seem to work for me with any hypnotist as it can take a long 8 or 9 minutes to reach trance stage. Thank you for your work though and (saying this with all affection) you may wish to use a hair clip for your next video. :)

I am a hypnotist from across the pond in the UK and I think you have excellent prospects and potential. Some points you may find useful: If you are going to use a fixed eye induction, the subject needs to see both eyes! Keep your hair off your eyes with a hairgrip. Chatty videos are fine but it will come across better if you script/prerehearse rather than "stream of consciousness" speaking. Finally now you are settled, be relentless in marketing and output to grow your fanbase. Every success!

@GARYBLONDER Are you sure you have to see both eyes ? Becouse you can only look at one eye at the same time. Or just becouse she said eyes and not eye ?

@dragonlun for clarity, yes the induction the induction would work if you directed the subject to a single eye, and yes, the instruction was to both eyes when you can only see one clearly. With any induction to be successful on the widest possible number of people, it needs to eliminate distraction as far as possible. The action points I offered will help eliminate distraction.
