Yes it is a piece of history-a work of Art-etc. but if one person can put out $165k for a car, imagine what all our sport stars-movie/tv stars can do with their cash instead of putting on their "I'm a good person face" and hold charities and ask average folk for donations.   • Do you realize how many 2 bedroom houses ( the homes that traditionally sheltered the auto workers of the Big 3 in Detroit or Flint) you can buy today for the price paid of this lone yet admittedly beautiful car? I suspect this car could be reconstructed in less than 48 hours if all those who were displaced,evicted or foreclosed upon were given the chance to recover their homes in exchange for their labors and material!
