  • No it's not, but yes it is... classic double think ;)

  • Make sure to use FOOD GRADE 35% Hydrogen Peroxide diluted with 11 parts of distilled water to make up 3. DO NOT use supermarket or pharmacy bought Hydrogen Peroxide (3%) as they all contain toxic stabilizers.

I rinse my teeth for 5 minutes with H202 every night after brushing and my teeth are sparkling white and I have no gum disease at all. And you can also swallow some Hydrogen Peroxide if you want, it will kill any bacteria, virus or fungi in your throat and stomach.

  • @Stefan069 you started noticing a change after how much weeks ?

  • Thank you Michelle.

  • scrubs?:P

  • nice.will it effect on people with braces?

  • alright i just tried this and my teeth look amazing. they definitely got whiter.

  • I put baking soda first and then a few drops of hydrogen peroxide on my toothbrush every day and have been doing so since I was around 20 years old. I am now 49.

I used it to cut down on germs and keep my gums healthy.

If you buy Crest with baking soda and peroxide then you know the value of the ingredients.

Add using a sonic toothbrush, like the new ones from Crest, and you will be amazed at how good your teeth look.

  • but does it make ur teeth smaller? like slowly erode the enamel.

  • at the start: "NO its is NOT a form of teeth whitening.."

at the end (heh) : "Ive just explained to you on Hydrogen Peroxide, being a GREAT form of teeth whitening!"

And what if I do it everyday?

  • she said something you dont wanna do everyday... well why not? what happens if you do it everyday?

  • it will strip the outterlayer of your tooth causing sensitive teeth

  • yeah i thought si..it erodes your teeth.

  • @kaylynb1234 so what do you recommend pessimist?

  • The giant corporations won't make a profit and you won't be poisoned : (!

Hydrogen peroxide breaks down into water and oxygen when it touches bacteria, oh no! That sounds dangerous!

On the other hand all store-bought teeth whiteners contain 100% KNOWN cancer producing chemicals.

  • @andresico2 Soo uhmm... If i brush everyday with that, will it be bad for my gums and health?
