And the best thing: THE GERMAN VOICE OVER. The original german voice over(for citizens) was just..REALLY BAD. But the voice over by CM for the citizens is just awesome. Much more depth^^

Not to be a complete asshole but wow, H.E.V. suit being changed will just ruin hl2 alongside your complete changing of the maps...Not saying you guys made the game look 20x better than cod2 back in 05 but it's not half-life when all THAT is changed....
You only see the H.E.V suit once in the game, and thats when your in Kleiner's lab. Why would it be a big deal if it got updated too look more futuristic? The hand models are still the same.
Go check steams harsware survey for example you will see what i mean:
26.88% have a 64 bit os
73.11% have a 32 bit os
22.63 have more than 4gb of ram
77.37% have less than 3gb of ram
67.81% have less than 512mb of video memory
16.73% have 1 gb video memory
You need a very high end pc to run this, i only played the "slim" version of this mod because my os is 32 bit and while i have 4 gb o ram+1gb gts250 i dont want to upgrade to 64 bits because of its incompatibility with some programs

Also, I dislike most of this mod, I downloaded it and only use the Barney and G-Man HD models, and for the citizens I kinda hacked throught it to have only some of them have the HD ones, and of course the new enviroments. Also, I only have 2Gigs of ram, So how am I playing this fine?

A 64 bit isnt compatible with some 32 bit programs thats a fact. Example, i work with a 32 bit version of maya and i cant use that version on a 64 bit os because it doenst work, i also have some other older programs that are not compatible either. @Vlashka... hold on... You would be able to play this game with ALL of the HD models and most of the settings maxed out. So STOP COMPLAINING. Also 32bit Maya is compatible with 64bit OS's, the only thing is that it will only use 3.5GB and not the full 4. That is the only difference.
It's suppose to be a complete conversion of textures and models. I didn't expect it too look exactly like how hl2 looked. And plus the models have way better polygon counts, and the animations are tweaked to work better.
@Vlaskha I have a 3 year old computer, which nowadays would be considered Medium specs, and it can run this mod at 60FPS with no frame drops with everything on max. You DON'T need a super computer to run this... also, alot more people have 64bit than you might think.
Im a big fan of the series its the best action game of all time i just dont feel that im playing half life with this mod, i respect their effort in creating this but...
they should focus more on other things instead of pushing more polygons..
barney model at 1:19 is honestly the best model you have in the game, it stays with the feel of half-life and yet is in HD... Your other models, on the other hand don't fit the style or don't make sense with the surroundings. ALL of the women are too pretty and are wearing make-up (they shouldn't be) The male character models (except Eli) look generally ok, they look oppressed, just the Asian guy needs to lose the hair gel. Honestly, it's not bad, I'm just hoping you see what I mean.
@edracon Fakefactory, please listen to this guy. He's absolutely right. Half-Life 2 is a post-apocalyptic scenario. Barney at 1:19 is the only model you've added which truly captures the feel of 'post-apocalyptic.'
